DESIGN SUCCESS CRITERIA
Intended design criteria, not measured results.
- Establish Selah’s identity immediately without relying on long explanatory copy.
- Keep music-platform links visible and recognizable against the moving background.
- Let visitors reach their preferred listening or viewing service directly from the landing page.
- Keep branding, essential navigation and consent choices usable across desktop and mobile.
- Ensure the coming-soon state clearly sets expectations rather than suggesting a fully available archive.
Information architecture
The landing page acts as a focused introduction: artist identity first, followed by direct routes to music and video platforms. The current public site presents a coming-soon state, so the documented flow centers on the available landing and listening experience.
Interface & motion
Full-bleed imagery, a distinctive wordmark and compact platform icons create an artist-led visual hierarchy. The design priority is to balance atmosphere with legible, immediately accessible navigation.
Responsive priorities
Preserve the identity and platform links at smaller sizes, maintain sufficient contrast over the background, and keep cookie preferences accessible without obscuring the primary journey.
